Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your staging service, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% refund of the total staging fee.
  • Cancellation beyond 7 days: No refunds will be issued.

Damages and Adjustments

In the event that items are damaged during the staging process or if adjustments are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of the staging completion. We will assess the situation and determine if any refunds or replacements are warranted.
